Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Developing features and mechanics from the planning stage to implementation (hypothesis formulation, idea description, competitor analysis, mechanic setup, analysis, and ongoing improvement);

• Writing clear and understandable documentation for all project participants;

• Collaborating with developers, artists, and designers (task formulation and assignment, drafting technical specifications, and task acceptance);

• Planning and analyzing project metrics;

• Inputting and configuring game data.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• At least 3 years of experience as a game designer;

• Experience in launching and managing casual F2P projects;

• Strong knowledge of the F2P game market and an understanding of current gaming trends;

• Understanding of the mobile market's specifics;

• Ability to clearly communicate ideas to all team members;

• Ability to receive and respond to feedback;

• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
