Affiliate Team Building: Lead the recruitment, training, and management of a high-performing local affiliate team to drive targeted marketing efforts and advertising placements on regional platforms.
Regional Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement localized affiliate marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Collaboration with Central Team: Work closely with the global marketing team to align on messaging, branding, and performance metrics.
Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate campaigns to ensure maximum performance and ROI.
Market Insights: Provide valuable local market insights, identifying new opportunities and trends to enhance marketing strategies and drive engagement.
Regulatory Awareness: Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards for all marketing and affiliate activities.

Native Language Fluency: Must be a native speaker of the local language in your assigned region (Uzbek, Turkish, Somali, or Korean). English or Russian fluency is a plus.
Affiliate Marketing Experience: Proven experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or partnerships, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to build, manage, and motivate a remote affiliate marketing team to achieve growth targets and operational success.
Strategic Mindset: A solid understanding of regional market dynamics, and the ability to create effective strategies to expand the brand's presence and revenue.
Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to track and analyze affiliate performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, affiliates, and external partners.
Self-Starter with Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive, results-driven individual with a passion for growing new business in emerging markets.
