Art Lead (Match-3)

We are a company with years of experience, well-established in the mobile gaming market. We are looking for an experienced Art Lead for our flagship project, someone who will define the visual style and take on the art vision for the Match-3 genre in the game.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

In this role, you will shape and ensure the quality of visuals for the Match-3 direction:

• Create consistent, high-quality art for the Match-3 direction and ensure it aligns with the overall project style;

• Collaborate with 2D, 3D, UI/UX, and VFX teams within the Match-3 domain;

• Develop art documentation: guides, quality criteria, and production pipelines;

• Conduct regular build analysis to improve art quality;

• Work closely with the team: analyze skill sets, provide feedback, and create development plans for the artists;

• Participate in team building: evaluate portfolios, participate in interviews, and approve hires.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

You’re the right fit if you:

• Have worked as an Art Lead/Art Director on Match-3 games for 3+ years;

• Have experience in creating and maintaining the visual style of a project;

• Have artistic taste and are well-versed in the visual trends of the casual mobile market;

• Understand aspects such as perspective, form, volume, high-level rendering, and complex concepts;

• Are familiar with production pipelines and the nuances of developing game graphics;

• Are skilled at giving constructive feedback to the team;

• Have experience in building, developing, and training a team;

• Have a relevant portfolio.
