For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Lead and mentor a talented Unity developers team

• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. Ensure the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and games

• Define and communicate a compelling technical vision, aligning engineering efforts with the company’s strategic goals

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in product management, live broadcasting, analytics, DevOps, and other business areas to define requirements, set architectural and product visions, and prioritize development efforts

• Design and architect scalable client application solutions, while integrating cutting-edge tools and technologies as required

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the technology industry with a strong technical foundation.

• Hands-on development experience in Unity 3D for at least 3 years.

• Project management skills with expertise in handling dependencies, parallel tasks, and effective communication.

• Proven leadership experience, including managing teams of developers

• Experience with Lean/Agile methodologies with a focus on delivery, efficiency, and quality.

• Outstanding communication skills in English; ability to inspire and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
