We are looking for a new teammate for the Technical 3D Animator position. As a part of the Thundermark team, you will be responsible for technical animations pipelines. You’ll get involved in the creation process by interacting with the Art-team and Game designers.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Cooperate with different departments and teams, like 3D artists, developers, production, and QA;
Conceptualize, design, and create Animation pipelines, create Animation pipeline-related documentation;
Work with integrations and scripts in Unity, Maya, etc.;
Cooperate with the technical artist to implement Animations assets within the constraints of the engine. Active participation in technical and artistic problem solving;
Support developing tools & refining pipelines for the art production process.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Experience with game projects as an Animator/Technical Animator or similar (Mobile – PC – Web);
Strong professional background in rigging, including technical processes, function, and requirements;
Scripting in Maya (Mel, Python);
Creation and maintenance of animation tools (Maya);
Experience with the integration and setup of Animation assets in Unity.
Would be a plus:
Data experienced in working with animations in Unreal Engine;
Blender animation pipelines (Rigging, Scripting).
