Performance QA Engineer

Strikerz Inc. is a videogame-creating collective and an international gaming brand launched in 2016 by a handful of people involved with online football. Currently, there are 300+ of us spread over 5 regional offices in various locations across Europe or working from home (yes, we love it too). Strikerz Inc. is the force behind the UFL, the ongoing online football videogame revolution. Being fans, we aim at offering our players an unprecedented gaming experience available on all major platforms.

What are you working on?

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Responsibilities:

• Testing of game performance;

• Validation and defect localization;

• Development and updating of test documentation;

• Create clear and detailed reports of defects and communicate with the team of developers and stakeholders;

• Assistance in the development and support of automated test frameworks;

• Constantly updated knowledge of new testing tools and strategies.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Skills and requirements:

• Experience in organizing and testing the performance of console AAA games from 3 years;

• Knowledge of performance evaluation tools in Unreal Engine;

• Understanding the factors that affect game performance;

• Knowledge of Unreal Engine\Unity;

• Extensive experience in various online games;

• Experience with defect management systems and tests (e.g., Jira+Testrail).

Nice-to-Have:

• White-box testing experience;

• Python/C++ skills;

• Experience with CI/CD tools.
