For which tasks (responsibilities)?

— Generation of clients through TOP platforms (Searching for new leads on Upwork, Linkedin, and other channels)
— Quick response and sending of proposals for requests published
— Writing outgoing/incoming messages
— First communication with potential clients (presentation of services)
— Conducting communication and fixing agreements regarding calls and meetings with clients
— Converting potential customers into calls and meetings with Sales Managers
— Close cooperation with BizDev and Sales Team
— Keeping statistics and reporting for each lead

What kind of professional are we looking for?

— Commercial experience (in an outsource or outstaff company) in the role of Lead Generation Manager
— Experience with CRM (preferably Pipedrive, NetHunt)
— Understanding the principles of the LinkedIn website
— Knowledge of the principles, methods, techniques of sales, and generation of potential customers
— Understanding of software development processes
— Confident command of written English (Upper-intermediate and higher)
— Knowledge of business correspondence, excellent communication, and presentation skills
— Ability to communicate with foreign clients
— Ability to write quickly
