Forge and execute strategies to bring new players through developing,
implementing and maintaining digital and offline marketing initiatives
and campaigns
 Provide frequent reports and analysis of the regional game and business
performance to various internal stakeholders
 Localize, execute and manage day-to-day operation and marketing
initiatives and events
 Establish partnerships with enterprise and media to deepen Garena’s
engagement in local market.
 Maintain the relationship and operational health of the current payment
systems
 Work with internal product team and operations team to implement
online/offline events

What is important for us in a person?

Proficient in Russian and English
 In-depth knowledge about mobile mobile game market in CIS
 Well-rounded, adaptable, and fast learner
 Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills
 Capacity to think strategically and adjust game operations strategy
accordingly
 Experience and passion in the gaming industry is a plus
